Our Health & Cleanliness Standards

In the current environment regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Hegg Hospitality hotels are taking precautions to assure the safety of our guests and employees. Our policies and cleanliness standards are continuing to adapt as we learn more information surrounding this serious issue, and as we adhere to local, state and federal executive orders and recommendations. Here is what you can expect as a guest at one of our hotels:

Social Distancing

Common spaces have been adjusted to help accommodate guests stay or sit at least 6-feet apart.

In addition, you will see a number of Social Distancing signs in our lobbies, public area spaces, and elevators with reminders and social distancing best practices.

Frequent Cleanings

High-touch areas like door handles, elevator buttons, telephones, bathrooms, and more are being sanitized with approved disinfectants.

In addition, extra and timely cleaning is being done to flooring, seating, front desk areas, public restrooms, back office areas, gyms, lobbies, and more. Housekeeping services may be limited to guests staying less than 5 nights.

Use of Masks

Our staff are trained on best practices for personal mask usage. At this time, we are not requiring usage, but encouraging associates to use their best judgement for need during guest interaction.

A limited supply of masks are available for guests to use, please inquire with the front desk staff.

Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing.

In addition, all associates are continuing to practice good personal hygiene by showering regularly, avoiding touching their faces, washing hands often using soap and water for 20 seconds, and avoiding close contact with any person.

Staying At Home

If you are feeling ill or have a fever, we ask that you stay at home to protect our guests and employees. 

Keeping You Safe

In addition, our employees are also practicing this - if they do not feel well or have any symptoms of COVID-19, they are staying at home.

Sanitizing Stations

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. We are placing hand sanitizer and sanitizer stations throughout our hotels for increased access.

Keeping You Safe

In addition, all our associates are required to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer, on a frequent basis throughout their shift.
