SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Hegg Hospitality today announced that it has been selected to manage the 80-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites in West Omaha, Neb..
The hotel, owned by Fox Den Properties, LLC of Nebraska, features king and double queen standard rooms and suites with complimentary wireless Internet access, satellite TV, a desk and well-lit workspace, microwave oven, mini refrigerator and coffee maker. It recently completed a $1.5 million dollar renovation of its 80 guestrooms, meeting space, pool, business center, and breakfast area. The hotel’s newly enhanced guestrooms are furnished in neutral tones with bright accents and include new bedding, wall coverings, drapes, workstations, carpeting, mini-refrigerators, and flat-screen TVs.
Additional complimentary amenities include a 24-hour business center, 24-hour health and fitness center, guest passes to LifeTime Fitness located nearby, indoor pool and whirlpool, a hot Express Start breakfast, and weeknight social hour with free wine, beer and snacks served from 6-8pm.
